-Appropriate gym shoes (‘tennis’ or
cross-trainers)
-Comfortable excersize clothing
-Wraps and gloves (we have some you can
use, or kits available for purchase)

-Plenty of water
-A positive frame of mind and razor-sharp
mental focus
-Game face
